IGNITE-2K25 A Freshers & Talents Day Celebration @ BJILS on 20th September, 2025

20th September 2025 @ BJILS: The institute in association with the Student Council and Cultural Committee has organized "IGNITE - 2K25" to celebrate Freshers' Day and Talents' Day of the first semester students of 5 Year B.B.A.,LL.B. and 3 Year LL.B. courses. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Krishna Prasad K., Associate Professor of A.J. Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mangaluru. The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Pradeep M.D., Principal of the Institute. Mr. Mallikarjun student of 2^nd Year LL.B has introduced the chief guest to the audience. After the inaugural session Dr. Krishna Prasad K conducted a workshop on "Surfing Online Legal Materials for Law Students". It was a Hands-On Session with a demo on surfing legal contents online. Ms. Ananya student of 2^nd  Year LL.B was the Master of the Ceremony and Ms. Athiksha student of 2^nd  LL.B. proposed the Vote of thanks. As part of talents day, students showcased their Talents. Students performed singing, group dance, mime shows on the stage. The host for the talents day was Mr. Harish student of 2nd B.B.A. LL.B. About 60 students participated in the event. The management, Staff and Faculties congratulated the team work and participation of the students. The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Shirley T Babu, Senior faculty of the department, Smt. Latha A, Member of the Governing Council. Faculty members Prof. Sanghamithra Roy Pai, Prof.Ashoka Acharya, Prof. Kiran N., Prof. Priya Jenita D’Souza, Prof. Shilpa B., Prof. Dhanraj, Ms. Divya and Mr. Saleem were present during the programme.
