20th May, 2026 @ BJILS: The institute, in association with its Cultural Committee, has organised 'Aikya'- 2K26 for the students of the 5 year B.B.A., LL.B & 3 year LL.B courses on 20th May, 2026 . The event was celebrated with great enthusiasm and active participation from the students. The programme was inaugurated by Mr Jason Rebello. Founder and CEO of Ano Jubliate Music School Moodbidri.The welcome address was delivered by Ms. Athiksha, a student of 3 year LL.B, The guest was introduced to the audience Ms. Anusha student of 3 Year LLB. The vote of thanks for the inaugural program was proposed Ms. Harshini student of 5 year B.B.A., LL.B.
During the inaugural address, the Chief Guest, Mr. Jason Rebello, encouraged students to engage in cultural and extra-curricular activities to develop self-confidence and overcome stage fear. The event had events such as solo singing and group dances. The event created a vibrant atmosphere for the students to show case thier talent and teamwork. A major highlight of the programme was the traditional fashion show competition in which Mr. Premanath and Ms. Samrudhi won the titles of Mr. & Mrs. 'Aikya' 2026 for the best costume of Maharashtra.
Around 80 students from the 5 year LL.B and 3 year LL.B courses participated in the event. The management, staff, and faculty members appreciated the teamwork, enthusiasm, and active participation of the students. The programme was graced by the presence of Dr. Shirley, Mrs Latha management trustee , Prof Sanghmitra, Prof.Ashok, Prof.Kiran, Prof.Priya, Prof. Shilpa, Prof.Dhanraj, Prof. Sridevi, Ms. Divya, and Mr. Saleem were present during the program. The program ended with the validictory program presided over by Sri. R. Prashanth D'Souza, Principal, Bhuvana Jyothi Residential School and Smt. Latha Acharya, Treasurer, Bhuvana Jyothi Institue of Legal Studies and Dr. Pradeep M D, principal of the institute.
