Validictory Session of 'ANAVARAN- 2K24' on 25.09.2024

September 26th, 2024 @ BJILS: Valedictory Ceremony of 'ANAVARAN-2K24' was concluded in the college auditorium on 26th September, 2024. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Raghavendra Prabhu R, President, Bhuvana Jyothi Education Trust, Mr. Prashanth D'souza, Secretary of the Trust, Mr. Prashanth N, Correspondent of the Bhuvana Jyothi Institute of Legal Studies, Mrs. Latha A, Treasurer of the Institute, Mr. Sharanappa M Bhavi, Adviser of the Institute and Dr. Pradeep M D, Principal of the institute were present during the occasion. Mr. Vikhil student of first year B.B.A.,LL.B and Mahesh student of first year LL.B gave the student feedback and Mr. Prashanth D'souza has congratulated the students for their active participation.

Technical Session on "Crime and Youth" by Mrs. Bharathi, Police Inspector, Urwa Station, Mangaluru on 25.09.24

 Technical session on “Crimes and Youth” by Mrs. Bharathi, Police Inspector, Urwa Police Station Mangalore as the third day event in ANAVARAN -2K24 an orientation programme was organized at Bhuvana Jyothi Institue of Legal Studies on 25.09.2024

For the students of  5 year B.B.A.,LL.B  & 3 year LL.B the institute has organized a technical session on the topic “Crime and Youth “ between 2.00 pm to 3.00 pm

The resource person by giving a motivational speech said, that “the common argument about crime is it is caused due to poverty has become a stander on the poor’. She said youth life is a worderful life. She highlighted on the challenges faced by the youths in the present times. She motivated the students to develop sense of discipline & dedication towards life. Ultimately social responsibility plays an important role over and above all. She stressed on professional improvement, positive thoughts, positive usage of social media, listening skills.  She called every student to make use of the available time to be successful human being.

The event was also presided by Mrs. Latha, Treasurer of the Institute, Mr. Raghavendra Prabhu, President, Bhuvana Jyothi Education Trust, Mr. Prashanth N, Correspondent of the college, Dr. Pradeep M D, Principal of the institute. Mr Koushik C, assistant professor of law coordinated the event. About 35 students participated in the event.

 

Technical Session on "Scope of Advocacy by CA. Akashdeep Pai on 24.09.2024

Technical session on “Scope for lawyers in Income Tax, GST and Other Financial Matters” was conducted  by CA. Akashdeep Pai B Chartered Accountant Moodbidri during ANAVARAN -2K24.

On 24.09.2024 at BJILS as a part of 3^rd  day of ANAVARAN-2K24 has organized a technical session on the topic “scope for lawyers in income tax GST & other matter was by CA. Akashdeep, Chartered Accountant & Partner at RS Bhat & Co was conducted between 11.45 am -1:00 pm 

The resource person motivated the students & has spoken about the importance of income tax and GST on fiscal  Laws. He said that citizens should contribute to the progress of nation by paying income tax. The general population should  endeavor to comprehend the significance of income tax & the perceive the role of their money playing in the countries development. He explained about the income tax act and its role in generating revenue for various public service activities. He connected the topic to international taxation, company law, transfer pricing, alternate disputes resolution, skills including integrity professional confidence, communication, drafting and confidentially.

Technical Session on 'Personality Development' in ANAVARAN-2K24 by Dr. G. Robert Clive on 24.09.2024

Technical session on “Personality Development” was conducted  by Dr. G. Robert Clive, Principal, Cross Land College, Brahmavar during ANAVARAN -2K24.

On 24.09.2024 at BJILS as a part of 3^rd  day of ANAVARAN-2K24, An  orientation programme was organized for the first year students of B.B.A., LL.B & 3 Year LL.B a technical session was organized on the topic “Personality Development between 03.00 p.m. to 4.15 p.m.   

The resource person motivated the students with group games spoke about building positive mind set, setting goals of life, making good friends, aspiring great profession, allowing teachers to nurture them. The resource person has shown very interesting motivational videos.  The active participants were honored with chocolates during the session.
